LAHORE: The Punjab government has affiliated Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan Medical and Dental College, Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute and Allied Institute of Shaikh Zayed Medical Complex of Lahore with the University of Health Sciences for undergraduate and postgraduate courses, says a handout.

A notification to the effect has been issued by the office of the Punjab specialised healthcare and medical education secretary.

PROMOTION CASES: A meeting of Provincial Selection Board-I was held under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Khizar Hayat Gondal at Civil Secretariat on Thursday.

According to a handout, the meeting reviewed 88 promotion cases of officers of Services and General Administration Department from grade 18 to 19, 19 to 20 and 20 to 21 and finalised recommendations for promotion of suitable officers.
