KARACHI: Three young men were found shot dead in a Mehmoodabad locality on Sunday morning, police said.

They added that the three bullet-riddled bodies were found in Chanesar Goth.

It appeared that they were kidnapped somewhere else and later gunned down at the spot.

The bodies were shifted to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for a post-mortem examination.

They sustained multiple bullet wounds, said Dr Seemin Jamali, head of the JPMC’s emergency department.

The dead were identified as Saleemullah, Mohammed Yasir and Talha Saeed.

The police claimed that they were criminals as two pistols were also found on them.

“The murders appear to be an outcome of infighting between two rival gangs in Chanesar Goth,” said SSP-South Chaudhry Asad Ali. The killed men were residents of Lasi Para in Model Colony.
