A COUPLE of days ago I travelled from Islamabad to Lahore via motorway by a well-known bus service. We were served with some edibles intended to elevate their standard and sophistication in service.
Suddenly the bus took an uncertain stop a few miles before Kalar Kahar. I was shocked to glance at the left side of my seat where the bus management threw its waste and leftover food. It became more surprising when I discovered a motorway police checkpost nearby.
Having heard of and seen the honesty and punctuality of the motorway police, which is more than admirable, I suggest they certainly can enhance their credibility by taking notice of this pathological behaviour.
