LAHORE: The Lahore Transport Company (LTC) on Friday announced running a shuttle service comprising 100 buses to transport people from various spots to the Fortress Stadium for the Horse and Cattle Show.

Besides this, various routes are being realigned up to the stadium where around 150 more buses will continue to ply till the end of the show.

“We will soon announce spots from where the shuttle service will originate. LTC enforcement inspectors are liable to ensure the buses’ operations run smoothly,” LTC Chief Executive Officer Khawaja Haider Latif said while presiding over a meeting held here.

LTC Operations Department head Atif Memon gave a detailed presentation about the preparations. The participants sought complete coordination between the enforcement and operational staff while implementing the plan from March 5 to 8.
