The PTI leader criticised the PPP and said the Oct 18 rally of the party in Karachi was a government-supported show.

He said member of minority communities in the country had always voted for PPP, but the party had given nothing to them in return. During it tenure in office, the PPP did nothing to protect the rights of minority communities in the country.

The PTI would raise its voice for the rights of minorities at every forum, said.

Mr Qureshi said that the PPP founded by Zulfikar Ali Bhutto had now become a Zardari league. He said the PTI would hold a rally in Larkana on Nov 21 and the party had launched a campaign to contact people in Sindh.

Member of National Assembly Lal Malhi also spoke on the occasion.

In Hyderabad while talking to journalists, Mr Qureshi said the PTI would oppose the construction of Kalabagh dam until all four provinces agreed on it.

He expressed concern over the drought situation in Tharparkar and criticised both the federal and Sindh governments for doing little for the people facing starvation.

The PTI vice chairman condemned attacks on Hindus and their temples and forced marriages of Hindu girls in Sindh.

He said the PTI would give alternative leadership to the people of Sindh.
