QUETTA: The Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court, Justice Ghulam Mustafa Mengal, has promoted, transferred and posted a large number of judges of lower courts in the province.

According to a notification issued here on Wednesday, additional sessions judges Alia Nadir, Abdul Majeed Nasar, Amel Khan, Pazir Ahmed, Allahdad Khan, Dawood Nasar and Sadatullah Khan have been promoted to sessions judges.

Civil judges Anwar Khan, Abdul Wahid Bazai, Zahoor Ahmed Lango, Aminullah Kasi, Abdul Qayyum, Dost Mohammad Mandokhel, Syed Haroon Agha, Shazai Shabir and Barkat Ali Marghazani have been made additional sessions judges.

Judicial magistrates Shakeel Ahmed Palal, Rehmatullah Umrani, Tahir Hamayun, Inyatullah, Imran Siddique, Najeebullah Khan, Jehanzeb, Asma Mushtaq and Abdul Qadir have been promoted to civil judges.

Ms Nadir, an additional sessions judge in Qila Saifullah, has been posted as presiding officer of the labour court in Sibi; Amel Khan, the officiating sessions judge in Nushki, has been posted as sessions judge, Gwadar; Dawood Khan, in charge sessions court, Lasbela, has been made sessions judge, Zhob; Rashid Umrani, sessions judge, Zhob, has been as made sessions judge, Lasbela; Dost Mohammad, a civil judge in Dera Allahyar, has been posted as additional sessions judge, Quetta; Barkat Ali, a civil judge in Gwadar, has been made additional sessions judge-VI, Quetta; Aminullah Kasi, a civil judge in Quetta, has been posted as additional sessions judge of Usta Mohammad; Anwar Khan, civil judge, Sibi, as additional sessions judge, Jhal Magsi; Shazai Shabir, civil judge, Pishin, as additional sessions judge, Qila Saifullah; Syed Haroon, civil judge, Loralai, as additional sessions judge, Sibi at Mach; Zahoor Lango, civil judge, Quetta, as additional sessions judge, Barkhan; Abdul Qayyum, civil judge, Chaman, as additional sessions judge, Khuzdar; Abdul Wahid Bazai, civil judge, Hub, as additional sessions judge, Harnai; Mohammad Zareef, additional sessions judge, Pishin, as in charge sessions court of Usta Mohammad; and Jamshed Khan, additional sessions judge of Usta Mohammad, has been made additional sessions judge, Pishin.

Abdul Hakeem, additional sessions judge of Quetta, has been posted as sessions judge, Dalbandin; Riaz Ahmed, additional sessions, Dalbandin, as additional sessions judge, Loralai; Nauroz Uoth, additional sessions judge, Dera Bugti, as special judge, ATC-2, Quetta, Abdul Wahab Kakar, additional sessions judge, Panjgur, as sessions judge, Dera Bugti; and Jaffar Mengal, additional sessions judge, Turbat, has been posted as additional sessions judge, inspection, Quetta.

Mohammad Ali, additional sessions judge, Harnai, has been posted as additional sessions judge, Quetta; Nazir Ahmed Khajak, additional sessions judge, Quetta, as additional sessions judge, Panjgur; Inyatullah Kakar, judicial magistrate, Nushki, as civil judge, Sibi; Shakeel Palal, secretary to the chief justice, as civil judge, inspection, Quetta; Syed Ghulam Qadir, judicial magistrate, Sibi, as civil judge, Dera Allahyar; and Bibi Gul Nargis, civil judge, inspection, Quetta, has been posted as civil judge, Loralai.

Abdul Qadir Baloch, civil judge, Zhob, has been made civil judge, Gwadar; Rehmatullah Umrani, judicial magistrate, Ziarat, has been posted as civil judge-3, Quetta; Asma Mushtaq, judicial magistrate, Pishin, as civil judge-V, Quetta; Tahir Hamayun, civil judge, Quetta, as civil judge, Hub; Imran Siddique, judicial magistrate, Muslimbagh, as civil judge, Chaman; and Mohammad Umar Khokhar, civil judge, Quetta, has been made civil judge, Quetta-II.

Mr Jehanzeb, civil judge, Quetta-II, has been posted as civil judge, Usta Muhammad; Najeebullah, judicial magistrate, Dasht Mastung, as civil judge, Pishin; Tariq Lashari, civil judge, Usta Mohammad, as civil judge, Dera Allahyar; Rahimdad, judicial magistrate, Dera Allahyar, as civil judge-II, Quetta; Mohammad Ramzan, civil judge-IV, Quetta, as civil judge, Usta Muhammad; and Abdul Ali, judicial magistrate, Hub, has been posted as civil judge-IV, Quetta.
