Fatima Jinnah Park

Published October 13, 2014

FATIMA Jinnah Park is one of the largest parks in terms of covered area in Pakistan. It is a masterpiece of architecture and nature designed by Michael Japero. It is located in front of Margalla Hills.

Its monuments surrounded by ever green pines and pavements embedded with stones heighten its comeliness. The park was inaugurated in 1992. Unfortunately, with the passage of time the whole park depicts a picture of neglect. The first responsibility of the park’s administration and then civil society should be restoring the park.
