LARKANA: Pakistan Peoples Party-Shaheed Bhutto (PPP-SB) leader Ghinwa Bhutto on Saturday invited the Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehrik (PAT) leaders to join hands with her in her party’s struggle for democracy, justice and a corruption-free Pakistan.

Addressing a big gathering held in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh Bhutto to mark the 18th death anniversary of Mir Murtaza Bhutto, she said sit-in in Islamabad was not the right way to remove a corrupt government. “A struggle cannot move on [with its leaders] sitting in containers,” she said, and remarked that “D-Chowk is not the stage for the poor.” She said what’s going on in Islamabad was a battle of the rich and not of the poor”.

She said she and her party were seeking justice in the murder case of Mir Murtaza Bhutto and his comrades for 18 years though in vein. She said the country’s apex court could not dispense justice in the Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto murder cases either.
