PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Senior Minister Inayatullah Khan has said that provincial government will not exercise civil disobedience, called by PTI chairman Imran Khan.

Talking to journalists here on Tuesday, he said that not paying electricity bills and other dues would be considered an act of treason. The minister said that government institutions could not function against the state.

To a question about forward bloc in PTI, Mr Khan said that he had read news in media in that regard, however, he personally did not know anything about it. The minister, who belongs to Jamaat-i-Islami, said that their party was not participating in the sit-in of PTI, however, he added that they supported constitutional demands of their coalition partner.
