RAHIM YAR KHAN: The three-day 10th annual mango show started at the Sheikh Zayed Public School auditorium here on Friday. The show was organised by the district government and the agriculture department.

More than 50 farmers displayed at least 47 different varieties of the king of fruits, including Sarowli, Langra, Chaunsa, Dosehri, Anwar Ratool, Sindhri, Tota Pari, Neelum, Samar Bahisht, Fajri, Senation, Begum Oali, Malda, Moon Bhoog, Gulab, Kela Aki, Sanglakhi, Surkha, Ameer Gola, Rab Di Shan, Anokha Sarda and Azeemowala.

Mango farmers said the fruit crop was affected due to unexpected cold weather in the month of May, adding the mango could not gain weight because of rains.
