Here is a highly recommend game for anyone who enjoys good narrative-driven games with major plot twists and solid game mechanics

IN the world of video games, more specifically in the stealth tactical genre of video games, the name of Metal Gear Solid (MGS) holds the position of a pioneer. It is actually a remake of the original game that I am reviewing. MGS, The twin snakes has enhanced graphics and better mechanics than the original version. The player takes control of the protagonist code named ‘Solid Snake’ who is a legendary soldier renowned for never failing a mission. Despite some strange twists in the plot and narrative, the game manages to entrench us in the story. The mission includes sneaking into an enemy territory while avoiding the line of sight of enemy soldiers; though one can choose to use the conflict approach and engage the enemy directly all guns blazing, but it is ill advised as it will only make life difficult. The game was technically ahead of its time, featuring tactical espionage like never before. The A.I (Artificial Intelligence) adapted quickly to the way the players played the game. The game offers high ranking if the enemy is not alerted and instead of killing the enemy, we use the tranquilliser gun. The enemy after being disposed must be concealed so as not to attract other enemies. MGS, The twin snakes has various boss fights and each boss requires a different tactic to beat it. However, one needs patience while playing as MGS has a lot of cut scenes which take a huge chunk of game time and during the game play itself. The ending leaves the players wanting to know more and for that the creator of this video game franchise ‘Metal Gear Solid’, Mr Hideo Kojima has created many sequels of the game. For anyone who enjoys good narrative-driven games with major plot twists and solid game mechanics here is Metal Gear Solid.
