Musharraf was better than current leaders> He at least acted against terrorists hiding in masjid with arms and ammunition.

A mosque ceases to be a mosque if it is being used as a headquarter for the terrorists or used for political purposes. Lal Masjid was doing both. Ghazi Abdul Rasheed was a terrorist and his brother (who chose to wear a burqa to run away, rather than being a shaheed) is the same. Should he not be punished for creating an army to fight Pakistan Army?.

In the eyes of Law, Musharraf is certainly innocent. Lal Masjid cleric Late, Ghazi Abdul Rasheed and his brother had been openly violating country's writ, established parallel administration, created harassment and even killed many soldiers. Justice Delayed Justice Denied! The honourable judge who presided the case today must have granted Mr Musharraf bail immediately with out fail after police report filing. My first line is not just a mere saying per se but ought to observed throughout judicial process in the country without fail. Further, the runaway Mullah who was set free has recently admitted having 15 military style assault rifles "licensed" in his possession which was fired by a "minor" which ended up taking lives of military personnel. In his first interview, Mullah stated that there were no weapon(s) at the illegal complex. In my opinion and of many, here the judicial system has failed miserably from top to bottom including previous democratic regime. Case in question are many to be answered by some one who hold "Rule of "Law" above every one: 1. Mullah should be charged under perjury when he stated he had no weapon in his first interview right after the tragic incident at the complex; and in recent TV interview he says he had the weapons but those were licensed. He "lied" without reasonable doubt! 2. Law enforcement ought to know if military style automatic assault weapon can be licensed to the public or not? 3. Mullah, being in charge of the so-called licensed weapon, how come it ended up in the hands of the minor(s)? Isn't he responsible for the safety of the weapon? Does he has any responsibility for the loss of lives occurred due to his direct negligence? 4. No where in the religion or in the law of the land it is stated that one can build a complex illegally? 5. Has anyone bothered to check the so-called licenses? Wonder where is the "impartial" judiciary and the law enforcement authorities not charging the Lal Masjid Mullah and associates directly responsible for the crime on many counts. It is not a justice when trying an innocent person i.e. Mr Musharraf instead letting criminal go away free! So, where is the justice? And I wonder where is Mr Ahsan et el in black coats?

This was the last case blocking his travel plans ( reported to be to duai to be with his ailing mom) come Nov 1st the court will announce its agreement to his bail plea , he will submit the security bond and will fly away sooner than later as the now so unfamous Treason case under article 6 , even the investigation has not begun and since there is no challan in the court against his trial under article 6 , he will be free of all cases against him ( supposedly under the so called bail plea plans ) and will go away NEVER to return like Hussain Haqqani did , even though he submited a written document in the supreme court that he will come within 4 days of being asked by the SCP , those 4 days seem to be now eternity and no one hears abut the Haqani gate memo case any longer .... under the farce PPP completed 5 years and so will under the bigger farce , PML-N will do the same .....

How much money spent on this case to finally come to obvious conclusion? Should the accuser be liable for the loss of time and money, and defamation ?
