LAHORE, April 30: The Pakistan Karate Federation (PKF) is organising the 22nd National Senior and Junior Karate Championships in Faisalabad from May 3 to 5.

Teams from all the affiliated units of the PKF, Wapda, Army, Railways, Police, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Sindh, Islamabad and FATA are participating in the championship.

Competing weight categories: Seniors: Individual Kumite (below 50kg, 55kg, 60kg, 67kg, 75kg, 84kg, above 84kg), Team Kumite, Individual Kata, Team Kata.

Juniors (Under 16): Individual Kumite (below 48kg, 52kg, below 57kg, below 63kg), Individual Kata.
