Bugti had challenged the writ of the state. He had taken up arms against Pakistan and had fired 100s of rockets on sui gas fields and plant. He himself was a murderer and had confessed that he first committed murder at the age of 13. Whatever Musharraf did he was bound to do as the head of the state. If proceedings against Musharraf are allowed then every president and prime minister shall be held responsible for the deaths of all the terrorists, murderers and criminals killed during their tenure. Isn't it a ruse to kill him in transit?

What a sham ! What a farce ! They call this justice in Pakistan . Bugti committed suicide and in the process killed a few unarmed Army Officers who were invited by Bugti inside the cave to negotiate and then blew up the cave not realizing that the concussion would kill him too . And now our justices have ordered non bailable arrest warrant for the ex president who merely wanted to nab an insurgent who was creating mayhem in Baluchistan ! The repercussions of this case will be very far reaching indeed . Can't we get some sensible judges on the benches or are we fated to have politicized and radicalized judges ?!

Bugti was killed as a result of a military operation in which he was engaged against the armed forces of Pakistan, It's about time the present Army Chief dug up his records and condemned these atrocious charges against Musharraf.

More drama from the biased and spineless judiciary. Even setting facts aside that Bugti was a murderer, was a traitor fighting and killing Paksitan forces, and was killed by bombs set off from inside the cave he was in, this case does not even have technical merits due to the fact this was a miltary action and not a criminal action. A judge with any conviction would have said so and asked for the military to investigate. Instead these judges have asked for the rulers to be arrested. So will they arrest Kyani next for current military actions, or are the judges will just issue orders of arrest for retired officers?

Pakistan is the only country where the innocent are convicted and the corrupt roam freely. If majority are corrupt, it does not mean they are right. I really worry!

Mr. Bugti was killed due to his cave collapse, not due to bullet wounds or something else. A couple of commandos were also killed in this incident. Unless they have a video of Mr. Musharraf shooting Mr. Bugti, this case is dead.

The Bugti's should take a chill pill and reflect on what Nawab Akbar Bugti was up to when he was attacked by the Armed Forces of Pakistan. Musharraf cannot be held responsible for that. If your are true leaders of your tribe and have their interest at heart, stop this pursuit which will yield you nothing and go and take better care of your people than you have been doing up to now. The Judge of ATC court in Quetta is not qualified I believe. Otherwise would not have cancelled bail application of Mr.Pervaz Musharraf. Its seems there is some personal grudge against the Rtd General. Everyone knows how Bugti was killed. Still this ATC judge has rejected bail application. Even though, if we presume that he was killed by Gen (R) Musharraf.We must honor him for doing so rather to punish him. Bughti killed people when he was 17 years old. a fact admitted by him self in an interview on TV. Many hundreds were killed later when he became the chief. of his tribe. Such murderers should not be treated like other criminals. they dont deserve justice.

A politicized case, with no justified cause of action. A President to take an action against a terrorist or hooligan should not and cannot be charged with a murder, this will leave a bad precedent to follow. Although the case itself will not get anywhere, it will severely impact military and judicial rivalry. In the meantime, someone may assassinate him, and that will be a very tragic outcome. It is sad to see Pakistan spending valuable resources on this drama to please a small minority of baloach leaders who vehemently attempt to make an example out of him.

Obviously, Nawaz Shareef will act like a Sharif to take revenge. But Mr.Sharif should know better and not set a precedence by arresting the prestigious genral and honest ruler Pakistan ever had. Bugti had challenged writ of the state and was directly involved in killing of innocent settlers and destruction of state property. Under these circumstances which government will tolerate this. How is the head of a government can be prosecuted for the action of law enforcement agencies . Ultimately Musharraf will be set free because as per law he can not be convicted. The present government is setting precedent which will destroy governance in future. Why not lodge FIR against Home Minister of Punjab and The Chief Minister and issue non bale able warrant against them for directing Punjab Police to break locks of houses and beat people there on 11th June 2013. If such action can be taken against Head of State why not now. Justice is dead in Pakistan.

On one side there is immunity to President against all criminal charges and on the other side government wants to humiliate and punish an Ex President for lawful action of law enforcement agencies . What a pity. You are inviting third force to set thing right.

Bugti was running around killing people all his life. His much lamenting fellow feudals didn't like him much either. He used to roam Islamabad with a band of gun-toting tribesmen. Funny how HE has the right to do that, but an ordinary Pakistani did not. All the media "Nawab Bugti" fans and "social society" opinion-makers (which was crafted as part of the "flower revolutions" by the U.S. it wouldn't be surprising - as it turns out many of the lawyers turn out to have dual citizenship like Hamid Khan now in PTI and now wrecking that party) - all these groups supported a "Nawab Bugti" and his misbehaviour over the years. Why ? Because it is FAR easier to write a positive story about a gang of thugs than to criticize him. The PRIMARY reason you find the current pak media SO anti-musharraf is because they KNOW he will not be getting back at them. And this is the most ghatti-pana aspect of this whole charade we have been watching for 5+ years (including the later end of Musharraf era when the Chaudhary biradaran were putting a dagger in Mush's back with their faint support of the govt). Buti was the first feudal ever killed in Pakistan. This itself makes it a historic turning point. No wonder all the feudal groups are regrouping to have their say. The Pak army also (from Mush comments at least) is becoming more middle-class - and that may also scare the feudal (or now all the entrenched corrupt elements). No wonder they like Bugti so much - and hate the person who constructed Pakistan.

How did he get his big house from, the general salary or his inheritance? Musharaf practically sold the country to Uncle Sam for US Dollars and is responsible for killing of several Pakistani citizens. He is also responsible for the chaos Pakistan is in today. Do not forget Kargil, the conflict was initiated by his government and the result thousand of jawans of the army were killed, while commando was enjoying his good life in the big house.

It is sad to see the Ex-President is being on trial for a murder case. He did what was necessary for his country and his people. Bugti was a corrupt dictator. He did not allowed any one to go to school in his tribe and his jurisdiction due to the fact that the kid will get out of his control. It was a common practice to kill Chinese engineers who were there to help the poor nationals. It is unfortunate and sad to see that everyone else was let go except him as he has no tribe or race to support him or his cause. I feel bad for him and his family that he had a dream to come change Pakistan into a developed country. We don't deserve people like Mr. Musharraf. Bugti was a nuisance for all the governments from Ayub Khan until his death. He was actually a black mailer and always creating troubles for his personal gains. Every government wanted to eliminate him but no body could do any thing against him. He was also the governor of Baluchistan in the Bhutto regime. In the days of his governorship his son Saleem Bugti killed one of his enemies in Karachi and the police put him in the lock up. Akbar Bugti flew all over from Quetta as the governor and went directly into the lock up and carried away his son by taking law in his hands and the poor house officer could not save his prisoner. Later his son was also killed by the same enemies in Quetta.and the highly educated sardar (education did not change him) could not do any thing against the justice of the Almighty. You should watch YouTube on the life of that cruel and arrogant sardar that how he was dealing with his own people even with poor personal servants. His sons are of the same nature.

Action devoid of any logic, Bugti himself was a criminal of highest order and even Zulfiquar Ali Bhutto took action against him. If the judiciary wants to restore some justice then how come they allowed certain people to participate in elections. The government machinery in Pakistan should stop vindictive actions and should concentrate on serving people who are paying for their salaries. People of Pakistan should wake-up and start defending their rights or else any government under these circumstances would not hesitate to exploit and crucify them.
