LAHORE, May 10: Pakistan Awami Tehrik chief Dr Tahirul Qadri will stage a sit-in outside the Punjab Assembly on Saturday (today) against holding of the general election.

Tehrik-i-Minhajul Quran leader Nusratullah Niazi said the sit-in would start at 8am and conclude at 3pm. He said that Dr Tahirul Qadri along with thousands of party workers would protest against the corrupt system and misuse of articles 62 and 63 of the Constitution through which the evil had been termed good, besides raising voice against the ‘drama election’. — APP
