3 ties decided in Tray hockey

LAHORE, Dec 7 Three more matches were played on the fourth day of 2nd National Tray Hockey Championship at Sialkot Hockey Stadium on Monday.

Balochistan beat Azad Jammu and Kashmir 5-2. Nawaz Ahmad (2) Wasif Siddique (2) and Mazhar (1) were the scorers for the winners. The goals from AJ&K came through Waqas Butt and Fawad Aslam.

The second match between NWFP and Sindh ended in 1-1 draw. Qaiser Waheed struck for NWFP while Sindh equalised through Noman.

PTV carved out 5-3 win against Police. Rizwan-ul-Hassan (2), Jawad Ali, Waqas Butt and Muhammad Fayyaz added one goal each. For Police, Shaharyar and Ali Baig were the scorers.
