Baking `naan` hygienically

MANY a time we all have come across the most awful experience of eating the unhealthy bread commonly known as 'naan'. It is baked in many small and large restaurants. It is also frequently used at weddings, functions, parties and on many more occasions and is very much liked and demanded by people.

Have you ever seen it being baked? It was the most appalling experience of my life when I saw it being baked by a person who was shoddily clothed. It seemed that he had not taken a bath for a long time. His nails were filled with dust.

Relevant authorities should advise these 'naan' makers to bake it in a clean and hygienic environment.
