Palestinian rescue teams have recovered seven more bodies from the rubble in Gaza, pushing the overall death toll from Israel’s offensive to 48,453, Al Jazeera reports citing Gaza’s health ministry.

Another six Palestinians were killed by Israeli gunfire in the past 48 hours, a ministry statement said.

Eight wounded people were also admitted to hospitals, increasing the number of injured in the conflict to 111,860.
