Rescue workers say the three men were killed when the Israeli military shelled a group of Palestinians gathered in the vicinity of al-Nada residential towers in Beit Hanoun, Al Jazeera reports.

Mahmoud Bassal, a spokesman for Palestinian Civil Defence, said the bodies of the three victims were taken to the Indonesian Hospital in Beit Lahiya.
