Israeli military says Hamas commander killed in strike
The Israeli military and Shin Bet, Israel’s internal security service, says Ahmed Fuzi Nasser Mohammed Wadia, a Hamas commander of a company in the elite Nukhba Forces, was killed when fighter jets struck a compound used by Hamas next to the Al-Ahli Arab (Baptist) Hospital in Gaza City.
According to Al Jazeera, the military said it also killed seven other Hamas fighters who were members of the Daraj Tuffal Battalion of Hamas’s Gaza City Brigade.
