Al Jazeera Arabic reports that Israeli soldiers have opened fire near the Cinema Roundabout in the centre of the city.

The death toll from Israel’s ongoing operations in the northern parts of the occupied West Bank is at least 29, the Wafa news agency reported.

These include 17 killed in the Jenin governorate, five in Tulkarem, four in Tubas and three in Hebron.
