Jordan’s Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi has called Israel’s justification for its attack in the occupied West Bank a “lie”, Al Jazeera reports.
“We reject the claims of its racist extremist ministers who fabricate dangers to justify their killing of Palestinians and the destruction of their capabilities. The Israeli occupation of Palestinian land, the Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people, and the Israeli escalation in the region are the greatest threat to security and peace,” Safadi wrote on X.
He added that Jordan will confront “any attempt to displace the Palestinian people inside or outside their occupied land with all our capabilities”.
