UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy said he spoke with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken to discuss ongoing negotiations for a ceasefire in Gaza and said that the US and UK are “working in lockstep to bring all parties to an agreement”, Al Jazeera reports.

“An immediate end to the fighting in Gaza and the release of all hostages is vital,” he added in a post on X.
