QUETTA: Balochistan Peace Forum President Nawabzada Lashkari Raisani has said by-election on NA-265, Quetta will be illegal and contempt of court as the Supreme Court was yet to decide on his petition against the victory of PTI’s Qasim Khan Suri in the 2018 general elections.

Addressing a press conference on Thursday, he demanded the SC and the chief election commissioner to decide the case before by-polls.

Mr Suri, who has taken a stay in case, committed contempt of court by resigning from the National Assembly seat, he claimed.
