Football, hockey courses

KARACHI, June 8 Sindh Sports Ministry will be conducting football and hockey courses on Wednesday and Thursday under Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Youth Development Programme here.

Participants from Larkana, Dadu, Mirpurkhas, Ghotki, Hyderabad and Karachi will be taking part in the football coaching course while candidates from Khairpur, Larkana and Karachi will take the hockey course.

Football course will be held at the Pakistan Sports Board Coaching Centre while the hockey course will commence at the Hockey Club of Pakistan from Thursday. The duration of both the courses will be of five months each and participants will be paid monthly stipend besides conveyance allowance.—APP
