KARACHI, April 26: City Nazim Naimatullah Khan has taken notice of difficulties faced by the applicants of the New Malir Housing Scheme during return of their money, and ordered the department concerned to ensure transparent procedure in this regard.

He has assured the applicants that the schedule and procedure for return of their money would be announced soon.

He said the amounts paid by the applicants would be returned under monitoring of city government officials and himself.

Mr Khan said that all those who want to take their money back would be repaid while those intending to get plots would be allotted land as was promised.—PPI
