THATTA: SHO suspended

THATTA, April 25: The Thatta police have dropped the charges against Rehana Leghari, district president, women’s wing, PPP, her brothers and cousin, while the SHO, Sujawal police station, Rashid Ahmed Serai, has been suspended, it was learnt from reliable sources on Friday.

The Sujawal police had booked Rehana Leghari and the others under charges of obstruction in duty when they had gone to submit their order of bail, granted in a case by the sessions court, Thatta.

The SHO had registered a case against them instead of receiving the bail documents.
