KHAIRPUR, April 23 The 5th convocation of Shah Abdul Latif University (SALU) Khairpur would be held on Saturday. Vice Chancellor SALU, Dr Nilofer Shaikh told at a meeting that Federal Minister for Education Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani would be the chief guest and Sindh Education Minister Pir Mazharul Haq would preside over the convocation.
Besides, awarding degrees, outstanding students would also be decorated with gold and silver medals at the convocation.
KIDNAPPED A man was kidnapped by armed men late on Wednesday near village Gaji Khan Lail taluka Sobhodero. Reports said that Khalid Lail was standing outside his village when kidnapped on gun point.
