Muzaffar visits hospital

MIRPURKHAS, April 19: Acting Governor of Sindh Syed Muzaffar Hussain Shah taking notice of the vacant posts of specialists, the acting governor directed the EDO (health), Mirpurkhas, to move the health secretary in this regard.

He was visiting the cardiac ward of the Civil Hospital here.

Dr Deedar Hussain Gujjo, incharge of the ward, while briefing the acting governor, said that the summary for new establishment of this ward had not yet been approved and the ward was being run with the help and donations from a non-governmental organization.

He urged the acting governor to get the ward’s annual budget approved so that proper facilities were provided to the patients.

Later, Mr Shah presided over a meeting at the Darbar Hall.—Correspondent
