SIALKOT A judicial magistrate sent on Thursday a seven-year-old alleged 'rapist' to the Sialkot district jail on a 14-day judicial remand.

On Wednesday, Sadar police arrested minor (Z) for his bid to rape a four-year-old girl in Kothey Kishney Wali. According to a first information report registered under sections 376 and 511 of the Pakistan Penal Code, the accused allegedly 'kidnapped' the girl from a street outside her house, took her to a deserted house and tried to rape her. The girl, however, foiled the 'bid' by raising alarm. Police sent the accused behind bars.
