SUKKUR, Aug 9 Federal Minister for Labour and Manpower Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah has said the government is not willing to open a Pandora's box by initiating action against former president Gen (retd) Musharraf, because it would also pave way for action against other army officers and judges.

Talking to journalists in Jacobabad on Sunday, he said that PPP was following a policy of reconciliation and would never indulge in political victimisation. But if the superior courts initiated suo moto proceedings against the former president, he said, the government would extend its cooperation.

Answering a question about the murder of Balochistan minister Rustam Khan Jamali, Mr Shah said that a committee had been constituted and its report would be made public.

Later, he left for Balochistan to offer condolences on the death of the minister.
