QUETTA Balochistan high court Chief Justice Amanullah Khan Yasinzai has taken suo-motu notice of the killing of 16year old Sher Bano who was killed in Manjoshori area of Nasirabad district.
               
The court on Tuesday took the suo-motu notice on the news published in local newspapers and fixed the hearing for Thursday.
               
According to local newspapers the police on the application of deceased's father Gul Hasan arrested the victims' husband Jaffar Khan and on his identification and Sessions Court's order on Monday, the Judicial Magistrate Dera Murad Jamali Tariq Ali Lashari, police Surgeon Dr Ibrahim and lady Doctor Zara Baloch after examination sent sample for DNA testing to Karachi.
               
According to police the husband had killed his wife by strangulating her neck for illicit relations.
