PESHAWAR, April 10: President Gen Pervez Musharraf on Thursday appreciated the performance of the previous NWFP cabinet.

At a meeting with former ministers at the Governor’s House, the president thanked the cabinet for its ‘exceptional’ performance in which the administration and governance of the NWFP gained more than it had ever before.

The former provincial irrigation minister, Shamsul Mulk, said that never in his career had there been a period except these years when there was no pressure on ministers to do anything wrong and where there was opportunities to do right things.—APP
