Four killed in Haripur road mishap

HARIPUR Four people were killed in a road mishap that occurred on the main Tarbella-Ghazi road near Bhai village, Tehsil Ghazi, district Haripur, on Tuesday.

According to police sources, a van was coming from Ghazi when an overspeeding truck collided with it.

As a result, four people died on the spot.

The local people and Nazim Khortera UC Malik M. Afzal, rushed to the site  along with the police and sent the bodies to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital.

Police have registered a case and have started their search for the truck driver who managed to escape from the scene.
