UN team arrives for Benazir probe

RAWALPINDI, Feb 1 A two-member United Nations advance team investigating into the assassination of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto arrived in Islamabad on Monday night to complete the final phase of the investigations, Dawn has learnt.

Three other members of the UN team, including a female member are expected to arrive on Tuesday.

The UN team during its ongoing visit to the federal capital will hold meeting with the officials of the Federal Investigation Agency and will interview some police officers, the source said.
