Dadu at criminals` mercy

Published February 18, 2010

THIS is an appeal to Sindh Home Minister Zulifquar Mirza to immediately order law-enforcement agencies to conduct a thorough investigation and bring to book criminals who have disturbed the peace and tranquillity of the citizens of Dadu

It is a pity that robbers, muggers, thugs and thieves are roaming the streets of Dadu in broad daylight and snatching , at will, motorcycles and cars from people and committing other crimes without any let or hindrance.

This wave of lawlessness does not seem likely to come to an end despite much hue and cry from citizens. It appears the police and other law enforcers have no solution to the problems of the people.

It is hoped that the home minister will personally look into the matter and ensure safety and peace in the city.
