KARACHI: 10 more vehicles taken away

KARACHI, Nov 28: At least 10 vehicles, five cars and an equal number of motorcycles, were either stolen or hijacked in different parts of the city on Wednesday, police said.

The cars were taken away by the bandits in Darakhshan, Clifton, Tipu Sultan and Gulshan-i-Iqbal and their numbers were: A-1543; ACR-821; ACF-798; ADF-216; ACZ-508.

The motorcycles were taken away in Kharadhar, Korangi Industrial Area, Saeedabad, Sharifabad and Liaquatabad and their numbers were KCT-4220; KAN-1461; KCN-9970; GAD-890; KAB-7697.

Police claimed recovery of three vehicles from different parts of the city on Wednesday.

FIRE: A general store was gutted in a fire in Quaidabad on Wednesday.

A spokesman for the Fire Department said Bilal General Store was gutted by a fire.
