ISLAMABAD, May 8: The Board of Directors of the Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (Iesco) has appointed Mohammad Yousaf Awan as the Chief Executive Officer effective immediately.
The appointment replaces Javed Parvez, who was not granted extension in service by the Caretaker Prime Minister.
The Board had recommended Mr Awan for appointment as CEO since he was the most senior officer, and upon the advice of the PM’s office, Mr Awan was appointed.
