KARACHI: 33 stolen vehicles recovered

KARACHI, Nov 26: The Anti-car Lifting Cell (ACLC) of the police has recovered 33 hijacked/stolen vehicles in Balochistan and the interior of Sindh which had been hijacked/stolen in Karachi.

A spokesman for the police said different teams of the ACLC had been dispatched to arrest inter-provincial car hijackers and to recover hijacked/ stolen vehicles.

The recovered vehicles are 131-368, ADH-522, ABG-111, W-5459, DNC-928, EX-2901, 257-462, ACM-948, B-1289, N-7505, ACQ-960, EBN-285, KH-6605, 282-236, T-4517, EB-5094, QAG-2872, ACQ-503, ACF-586, J-5423, ACF-586, ADK-742, T-5956, A-0710, A-1533, A-0084, GP-7078, ABR-555 and an unregistered vehicle whose chassis number is 7000202 and engine number 5146311.

Four recovered motorcycles bear the numbers KAP-5780, KAR-5381, KCT-7629 and HOJ-9633.

The ACLC asked the lawful owners of these vehicles to contact the DSP Administration, Gul Hameed Sammon, at the ACLC office near the governor’s house to collect their vehicles after fulfilling legal formalities.
