KARACHI: Court notice to police

KARACHI, Jan 30: A bench of the Sindh High Court issued notices on Thursday to the advocate-general Sindh, DSP Airport and SHO Sharea Faisal police station for Feb 4.

The bench, comprising Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany, was hearing a constitutional petition filed by Ms Samreen who maintained that she, her aged mother, a teenage sister and a brother were arrested by a police party who implicated them in a false Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) case. — APP
