DHA retain title thanks to Taimur

KARACHI, Jan 28: DHA College retained the Inter-collegiage boys tennis title beating National College at the YMCA.

Young Taimur Tamim was the architect of DHA’s success. First Tamir outclassed Asif Atta in the singles 6-0, 6-2 and then parterned by Faraz Ahsan meted out almost the same treatement to the National College’s doubles pair of Sher Rehman and Asif Atta.

Results: Taimur Tamim (DHA) bt Asif Atta (National) 6-0, 6-2; Taimur/Faraz bt Asif/Sher 6-2, 6-4.
