ON March six around three pm in the afternoon, the country’s economic hub and the most populous city i.e. Karachi has been forcefully shutdown by some ‘unidentified’ group of people, media says.

The state departments, including law enforcement agencies, failed to expose the real faces behind this act. This has also happened several times in the past with the people of Karachi.

Another example was when the MQM chief Altaf Hussain was called upon by the Supreme Court to appear in person a few months back.

Karachi’s population has now been completely hostaged by these so called ‘unidentified’ elements while these can be seen even by blind eyes. On that particular day commuting back home from work was completely at risk.

Many times one felt that we were at the mercy of the outlaws and there was no control over law and order.

The only solution is to carry out a final course of action against such elements and elect patriotic, faithful and corruption-free leadership in the upcoming elections.
