YOUR editorial ‘Gwadar port’ (Feb 8) makes a lot of sense. While India’s objection to allowing the Chinese government port a development organisation in handling the modernisation of the Gwadar port should be spurned for what it is worth.
It is important that the Baloch people themselves should also be the direct beneficiary of all the construction projects emanating from the modernisation of the port.
