Iesco sets up complaint cell

ISLAMABAD, Feb 6: The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (Iesco) has established a cell to address public complaints emanating from the three-day wet spell.

The Iesco spokesman told Dawn that the consumers could lodge their complaints regarding failure of electricity on:  0519252933, 9204430, 03340544836” and   toll free no 0800 25250 round the clock.

He said the rains had caused technical faults, tripping of feeders and outage of transformers.

The Federal Secretary of Water and Power, Nargis Sethi has cancelled the leaves of line staff with the instructions to restore the electricity of the affected areas.
