LAHORE, Jan 31: Governor Makhdoom Ahmed Mehmood spoke to the participants in the 97th National Management Course and 12th Civil Management Course at Governor’s House on Thursday.
Speaking on the occasion, the governor said democracy needed to take firm roots in the country, which saw many military rulers toppling elected governments in the past. He said intolerance in the society was one of the major threats to democracy in Pakistan. — Staff Reporter
