Efforts on to attract investment

LAHORE, Dec 26: Federal Minister for Industries Liaqat Jatoi has stressed for rapid industrialization in the country to control the ever-increasing unemployment.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony of the Honda motorcycle extension project at Honda Atlas factory on Thursday, he said the government would continue to promote investment-friendly policies in the country. He said that special desk would be set up at airports to attract investors and promote business activity in the country.

He said the government had also introduced one-desk operation to help investors to provide all relevant information to launch business in the country. He said the industries ministry had issued directives that the investors must be facilitated to overcome all technical problems in launching a business project.
