Bolt strikes again! Jamaica’s Usain Bolt crosses the finish line to retain his title as the ‘world’s fastest man’, and win the men’s 100m final at the athletics event during the London 2012 Olympic Games, on August 5, 2012.

Bolt crossed the line in 9.63 seconds, the second fastest time ever, behind his own world record of 9.58 seconds. The race was a thriller also because the first seven finishers all clocked a time less than 10 seconds! Bolt’s training partner and fellow Jamaican Yohan Blake got the silver and Justin Gatlin, of US, got the bronze medal. — AFP
