KARACHI, July 19: The University of Karachi has awarded 27 PhD degrees in different disciplines, according to a KU statement issued here on Thursday.
It quoted KU Registrar Prof Dr Muhammad Nasiruddin Khan as announcing that the KU Board of Advanced Studies and Research in its July 18 meeting under the chairmanship of Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Qaiser awarded eight MPhil, six MS, 27 PhD and one MD degrees. —PPI
