DADU, July 12: Edhi volunteers collected six dead bodies on Thursday from different areas in and around Sehwan Sharif.

Earlier, Edhi Centre had received 36 bodies of the devotees Qalandar Lal Shahbaz who died of heatstroke, drowning in Aral Wah, saline water drain, Sapna Lake and other causes in four days.

Duty officer, Edhi Centre Sehwan Sharif, Ghulam Sarwar Shaikh said that five people died of heatstroke and one was drowned in Aral Wah on Thursday.

The heatstroke victims included Bashir Ahmed s/o Ali Ahmed of Nankana, Shahmir s/o Mir Hassan of Multan, Sajjad s/o Mohammad Anwar of Multan and two unidentified persons while Ahmed Ali s/o Abdullah was drowned in Aral Wah.
