HYDERABAD, July 8: Leg-spinner Aziz Khan took eight wickets as Hyderabad crushed Mirpurkhas by seven wickets in a round match of PCB inter-district U-19 cricket championship at Niaz Stadium on Sunday.

Aziz took three wickets in the first innings as Mirpurkhas were bundled out for 144 with Fahad Ahmed their most notable contributor with 56.

Despite a seven-wicket haul by Fahad, Hyderabad managed to score 26 in their first innings with opener Mohammad Khalid scoring a splendid 87.

Aziz then took five wickets as Mirpurkhas were all out for 161 in their second innings. Hyderabad then coasted towards their victory target of 102 with the loss of just three wickets.
